How consent works on this site

Until you choose, the site sets only strictly necessary cookies and loads no analytics tools. Scrolling, clicking, or continuing to browse is not treated as consent.
You can change your mind at any time: click Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page to reopen the banner. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as “Reject” automatically. Your choice is stored in the cookieyes-consent cookie and logged (date, time, and the categories you allowed) so we can show that we honored it.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
Needed for the site to load, stay secure, and remember your cookie choice. They do not track you across other sites.
Analytics (only if you accept)
Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether the site works well on their devices. It runs through Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode, so nothing is measured until you accept. We use the reports to improve the site. Analytics never runs on our contact, consultation request, or payment calculator pages, whatever you chose.
Advertising
We do not currently use advertising cookies or pixels on this site. If that changes, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated first and the tools will run only with your consent.

Third-party content that is not a cookie
Some pages load content from other companies. Loading it sends your IP address and the page address to that company, and the company may set its own cookies under its own policy:
- OrthoSync (consultation page and Payment Portal): the scheduling calendar and the payment portal are hosted by OrthoSync.
- YouTube (About page): two videos open in a pop-up player when you click them; nothing loads from YouTube until then.
- Google Maps (contact page and area pages): the office and area maps load from Google.
- InLinks (all pages): a script from jscloud.net that adds related links between our own pages. In our testing it set no cookies.
Managing cookies in your browser
Besides our banner, every browser lets you view, delete, and block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Instructions: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever a cookie or third-party tool is added, changed, or removed, before the change goes live. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the most recent revision.
